Salary Range: $145,000 – $185,000 annually
Job Summary
The Application Modernization Lead oversees the planning, design, modernization, and delivery of secure enterprise applications supporting federal and regulated clients.
Responsibilities
– Lead application modernization initiatives from strategy through deployment
– Architect scalable, secure Microsoft solutions using Azure, .NET, and Power Platform
– Guide Agile development teams and oversee technical quality
– Ensure compliance with NIST, FedRAMP, and Section 508 requirements
– Collaborate with stakeholders to align applications with mission objectives
Required Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
– 8+ years of application development and modernization experience
– Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, .NET, Power Platform
– Experience modernizing legacy enterprise systems
– Agile delivery leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
– Federal government or regulated industry experience
– Azure or Microsoft certifications
